ونمسحه بقطنه وكحول
ونشك المريض شكه بسيطه
ونشغل الستب واتش
وناخد نقط من الدم على شريحه
نمسح الابهام برفق حتى ينتهى نزول الدم ونحسب الوقت
ناخد الشريحه ونشوف الدم هيجلط امتى عليها ونحسب الوقت

في طريقة تانيه لل تجلط Ct وهي طريقة الانبوبة والحمام المائي
يتم سحب كمية من دم المريض من الوريد ( 6 مل) وتقسم علي 3 انابيب كل انبوبه فيها 2 مل وتوضع الانابيب في حمام مائي عند درجة 37 م .
وننتظر حوالي 3 دقايق ثم كل نص دقيقه نشوف حصل تجلط ولا لا .لحد مايحصل في التلت انابيب ..................ناخد متوسط زمن تجلط التلت انابيب .
الطبيعي ( لغاية 9 دقايق ) ...............وهي طريق ادق من الاولي

This bleeding time method is so old only done by nurses in hospitals all the big labs donnt do it anymore but Ivy method is the one we do now
The Ivy method is the traditional format for this test. In the Ivy method, a blood pressure cuff is placed on the upper arm and inflated to 40 mmHg. A lancet or scalpel blade is used to make a stab wound on the underside of the forearm( better to do 2-3 wounds look in the skin in area without any apparent veins)

A standard-sized cut is made The time from when the stab wound is made until all bleeding has stopped is measured and is called the bleeding time. Every 30 seconds, filter paper or a paper towel is used to draw off the blood ( between the 2-3 wounds alternatively) then you take the average time

Normal values fall between 2 - 7 minutes

for the clotting you are right this is it but to see the clotting in the tubes just move it 45 degree if the blood donnt move so there is a clot
