بليز بدي شرح بالعربي وشكرا سوما

السلام عليكم
اولا يكون لديك ptt+pt reagant ,تكون درجه حراره هذه الماد 37 درحه مؤويه ,توضع في الجهاز ,
نضع 100مل من الستراتد بلازما مع 200مل الpt reagant في هذه اللحظه يبدا جهاز الpt بعد الثواني وعندما يتوقف العد
تكون قيمه الpt هي النيجه الظاهره على الجهاز .في الpttنضع 100 مل من الستراتيد بلازما مع 100من ptt reagant في الجهاز ننتظر 3 دقائق ثم نضع 100 مل من calcium chloridفي هذه الحظه يبدا الجهاز بالعد نسجل قراءة الجهاز ptt

ما هو الفرق بينPTTوAPTTوماذا نقصد ب PARTIALفي هذا الفحص

sister i have already answered this question in other place PTT and APTT are the same exam.other names are;
PTT=partial thromboplastin time
APTT=activated partial thromboplastin time
PTTK=partial thromboplastin time with koalin
KCCT= koalin cephalin clotting time
all these names belong to ptt
the meaning of partial because in this test thromboplastin-contact factor- is activated partially -without phosphliped-by koallien myca elagic test these are the ptt reagent used in the test to detect the overall effecincy of the intrensic pathway
this for general knowledge about the method i think my brother ali gave a full previw and their is no need for repitition sorry because i took so long and thank u all
