تحليل سائل منوي اريد افهمه

قبل كده وصعت لكم تحليل سائل منوي وشرحتوه لي وفهمته
والأن لأننا عملنا في مستشفى اخرى اختلفت ورقة التحليل
ولم افهم منها شيء سوى العدد

ياليت تشرحوه لي وتخبروني كم يبقى على الطبيعي

طيب كيف التحليل هذا
كويس ولالا ايش المشكلة فيه

no there is some problems in this semen count
the count is 10 million and the normal is from 20-150 million so the count is a little less than normal( no problem its ok )
but the liquification must be 15-30 min and in your condtion its prolonged and hyperviscid( no problem the treatment for this is so easy by the doctor he will give him treatment to make it liqified again)
the rest is within normal

so this case is a good condition to be easly treatment , im sorry to write in english no arabic keyboard

اللي فهمته من التحليل ان العدد قليل صحيح وانه المفروض يكون بين 20 الى 150 مليون

طيب الحركة هل هي طبيعية مافهمت باقي الكلام

اخت عازفة الدكتور قال انو العدد اقل من الطبيعي بس موبكثير يعني يمكن علاجه وكذلك عنده مشكلة في انو طول قبل ما يسير ليكود ... المفروض يسير سائل ويفك في اقل من نصف ساعة لكن مع ذلك المريض حالته يمكن علاجها على حسب ما قال الدكتور

الدكتور ما ذكر شي عن الحركة بس يظهر لي انو ما تتحرك بسبب انو ما صار liquefaction

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ------ نتيجه التحليل المذكور غير طبيعيه وذلك
لكون العدد الكلي 10 مليون والطبيعي مابين 60 الى 150 مليون
والمتحرك 50% والطبيعي لايقل عن 80%
وغير المتحرك30% والطبيعي لايزيد على 15%
والشكل الغير طبيعي 25% والطبيعي لايزيد على 10%
اذا النتيجه بمجملها غير طبيعيه والمريض يحتاج الى مراجعه طبيب واخذ علاج واعاده الفحص بعد فتره العلاج

علما بانني قمت بتحليل السائل المنوي بعد 3 ايام من اخر عملية جنسية

progressive 15% غير طبيعي يفترض الا يقل عن 75%
non progressive 35% ايضا غير طبيعي يفترض الا يزيد على 15%
non motile 50 % ايضا غير طبيغي يفترض الا يزيد على 15%


pus cells :30--35/hpf غير طبيعي لوجود زيادو واضحه وكبيره في الخلايا الالتهابيه الصديديه وتحتاج ال مضاد حيوي
