When blood sample is hemolysed you should not do some tests e.g.: serum potassium, serum AST ,serum CK because concentration of these electrolytes and enzymes is much higher in RBCs than in serum ,on the other hand if you are doing virology ,a small amount of hemolysis will not affect the result, some analytes are affected e.g. bilirubin will decrease in a hemolysed sample, also blood sugar ,creatinine, uric acid , cholesterol are affected ,so it is better to reject that sample and ask for another one. Some kits tell you that analyte is not affected by hemolysis to a certain limit,so it is better to read instructions carefully.Thank you.

CK-MB is the enzyme that is affected more by hemolysis than CK
