BET agar >>>>>> Enterococcus




(Citrate agar >>>>>> G-ve bacteria "blue"( Biochemical test




(Mueller agar >>>>>> sensitivity test ( for staphylococcus aureus

XLD selective media for G -ve bacteira while SS agar selective for salmonella and shiglla only SO they are diffrent

I know there is agar called Muller Hunton and used for sensitivty tests for most bacteria NOT only Staph group,,, are u mean this media??

DNase agar >>>>>> Biochemical test

used for differentiate between Staph.aureus and Staph species


T.C.B.S cholera medium >>>>>> for Vibrio cholera
TCBS is selective for Vibrio Species NOT only vibrio cholera

بالنسبة لبيئة NA هذه البيئة تستخدم للتجارب العملية العامة فقط ولكن لا تستخدم في عزل العينات بالمستشفيات ... والله أعلم

ما يستخدموها المستشفيات لأنها ماتفيدهم في التشخيص

لكن في المختبرات التعليمة هــي الأكثر استخداما خصوصا انها قابلة للتعديل .

لكن مشكلتها أنها غالبا تطلع نمو Mixed
