Your biochemical profile seems to be excellent your picture ishows no abnormalities.
but the thyroid profile shows slight elevation in TSH level which may indicate one of the following:-
1- if T4 is low ths indicate absolute hypothyroidism(myxedema)in your case T4 is within normal
2- so you need a physical examination including prescence or abscence of GOITER if present you may have to take a dose of thyroxine reffering to your endocrinologist.
3- if no goiter nor any thing else,repeat the test for another 4 weeks and if the results are the same do ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES if positive take thyroxin (reffering to your endocrinologist). but if negative make annual review with your doctor.
all what i mentioned should be accompained by a symptoms of hypothyrodism like bradycardia,dizness, and have high ability to sleep and low activity.
if all the previous investegations are found you may have a case of hyppothyrdism which is very very easy to be treated only by taking throxin with eating much iodine rich food like seafood.
[KNOWINNG THAT you have to tell your doctor the kind of medications you take because some medications cause some suppress TSH (like your case )

التحاليل كلها ممتازة ولا يوجد أي مشكلة من فضل الله وارتفاع TSH البسيط جدا يحتاج إعادة فحص حيث ربما تكون هناك عوامل خارجية أدت إلى هذه الزيادة الطفيفة والتي لا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال اعتبارها نقص في وظيفة الغدة. كما أن لنقص وظيفة الغدة أعراض واضحة لا لبس فيها وأدعو الله لكم بالسلامة
