مريضة بالسكري النوع ال(1) منذ 13 سنة تريد مساعدتكم

The liver is normal in echofeatures with a span of 146.0 mm
Gallbladder is normal . Portal vein 9.1 mm .
CBD 4.1 mm Pancreas and spleen show normal echopattern . Both the kidneys show increased echogenecity grade II parenchymal disease . Right kidney 93.0 x 44.1 mm .

left kidney 109.0 x 44.8 mm
bladder is partially filled.

comment : Bilateral renal parenchymal disease

وقد وجد الزلال عندي في البول

ومرة عملت تحليل Microalbuminuria-------Positive 1671 mg\gm creatinin

وكان آخر الورقة مكتوب انه

اللذين يتابعون حالتي (( بلا مسؤولية ..ولا خوف من الله)) ولو كانوا كذلك لما وصلت لهذه المرحلة

غدااا أو بعد غد سأزور المختبر فهل تنصحني بإجراء تحليل albumine to creatinine Ratio أو eGFR

بغرض معرفة في أي مراحل القصور الكلوي أنا ؟؟؟

Cholesterol 4.7 mmol\l
HDL-C 1.43 mmol\l
LDL-C 2.92 mmol\l
Triglyceride 0.91 mmol\l
VLDL- 0.41 mmol\l

هذه التحاليل كانت بتاريخ 18-2-2008

وعملت تحاليل في مستوصف أهلي بعد ذلك بوقت بسيط وكانت النتائج ..

Creatinine 0.5 mg \dl
Urea 42 mg\dl
Uric acid -mg\dl
Calcium - mg\dl
