      لم أقصد عنك أنت أخي أنك قسمت العرب. هو تعبير عن واقع الحال.. واذكر أجدادي كانوا يقولون بحماس سافرنا الى فلسطين واشتغلنا في فلسطين.. وفلسطين كانت حلم السفر لكل طالب وطنه في الغربة. فلسطين كانت الوطن في الغربة لما لنفوس أهلها من ألفة ومحبة.
      أعتقد يخططون اليوم ليحلّ اسم غزة مكان فلسطين. وها نحن نقول الحرب على غزة وليس الحرب على فلسطين...

      على أي حال هذا ليس موضوعنا. أنا قدمت تحية تعبيرية لك وتقدير لجهودك في اول مشاركة لي بهذا الموضوع.

      ونعود الآن لأمراض الدم..
      فني المختبر هو على راسي وربما يكون أكثر خبرة من الطبيب عندما يتواصل يوميا مع العمل اليومي سواء اليدوي أو على الأجهزة. أنا طبيبة مختبر .. وتأتيني تحاليل من مختبر الدم لأنظر فيها.

      عندي مسألة سأطرحها بالشكل التالي:
      - هل من الممكن أن نصادف حالات يكون فيها حديد المصل مرتفع elevated serum iron level مع فيريتين منخفض low ferritine.
      - علاقة Hepcidin بالحديد واضحة أنه يحبس الحديد داخل الخلايا ، ونقصد يسبب ارتفاع الحديد.. هل لذلك انعكاس على الفيريتين؟

      أنا وصلت لرقم 30 في قراءة الأسئلة. أشكرك عليها كلها مهمة. اذا استطعت سأشارك بالاجابة .

      1- بالنسبة لل Hepcidin فانه يمنع خروج الحديد من الخلايا وعلى ذلك فان الحديد سوف ينخفض في المصل.
      2- ولكن يكون مصل الحديد مرتفعا والفرتين في المصل منخفضا تستحق التفكير
      ممكن افكر بصوت مرتفع واقول ان
      IRE-Iron responsive elements binds ferritin mRNA on the 5` UTR, so stopping translation of ferritin, or there is a defect in the mRNA of Ferritin so iron will enter the circulation directly from absorption sites.
      3- العكس يحصل في Anemia of chronic diseases .
