    لما اجتمع العالمين مرشيل و ورن وزرعوا البكتيريا على اساس انها تابعه للCampylobacter

    فشلوا

    لكن

    قامو بتزيع البكتيريا في ضروف مشابهه لظروف المعدة يعني ظروف منخفظة كم الاوكسجين بالمصادفه لما تاخر الطبق في الحضان لمدة 5 ايام بدأ النمو على الطبق

    عشان كذا ممكن نقول فترة التحضين والظروف المحيطة



    هذا على ما اذكر لكن جاري البحث

      انا ابغى اتلقف واساعد الناس

      أهم فرق بينهم في واحد من الانزيمات الي تفرز
      وطبعا في فروقات كثيرة من حيث الزراعة والميديا بس أهم فرق موضوع الانزايم

        اظن الفرق هو انزيم urease اللي تنتجه H.pylori على خلاف campylobacter

                    بنقول فعلا ظروف النمو بتختلف وخاصة فترة النمو بتحتاج من 5-7 ايام لنموها عكس Cjejuni

                    C.jejuni تنمو عند درجة تصل الى 42 درجة مئوية


                    نشوف الاخت المتالقة microstaff

                    مثل ما ذكرتى

                    H.pylori

                    urease =positive
                    Hippurate=negative


                    اما

                    C.jejuni

                    urease=negative
                    hippurate=positive


                    C.jejuni hydrolyze hippuric acid by hippuricase enzyme to serine,


                    serine detected by ninhydrin reagaent turn purple

                      سيدة انجبت طفل بولادة قيصيرية بعد 24 ساعة اصبح هذا الطفل يعانى من بعض المشاكل فى التنفس بالاضافة لزيادة معدلات دقات القلب والتنفس

                      تم ارسال عينةCSF الى المختبر وكانت النتائج كاالتالى

                      protein=350mg\dl
                      neutrophile=92%
                      glucose 5mg\dl

                      فى تصورك مما يعانى هذا الطفل

                      ومن هو المسبب ولماذا

                        الطفل يعاني من meningitis
                        ونوع الاصابة bacterial لان neutrophils مرتفعة
                        اما البكتيريا المسببة فاتوقع نستبعد S.galactiae & E.coli لانها مش normal vaginal delivery
                        اتوقع راح يبقى S.pneumoniae , H.influenzae , N.meningitidis
                        بس في انواع غير ممكن تسبب
