plasma contain fibrinogen (factor1)which is important for clotting pathway and so to seprate plasma that container should contain anticoagulant,while for serum sepration no need for anticoagulant since there is no fibrinogen in serum:sm182:

طبعا اخي الكريم مثل ما تفضلوا باقي الاخوة والاخوات لكن هذا اهم فارق مع العلم انو الفروقات اكثر لكن هذا الفرق الجوهري والهام وهو عامل التخثر اذا انه هو الفيصل
