    السلام عليكم
    بالنسبة ل enterococuus facium فانها مش ممكن انها تكون resistant for vancomycin & senseitive for ampicillin
    S.pnemonaie : if resistant for oxacillin , you should report the pencillin as resistant even if it shows sensitivity
    E.coli ESBL= Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamse which mean it confers resistance for cephlosporines first and second generation

    gardenerlla vaginalis grow on chocolate giving tiny growth and on gardenerlla plate giving beta hemolysis and the differntial test for this bacteria is metronidazole 5 mg,50mg which gives sensitive to 50 mg and resistant for 5 mg
