بالنسبة ل enterococuus facium فانها مش ممكن انها تكون resistant for vancomycin & senseitive for ampicillin
S.pnemonaie : if resistant for oxacillin , you should report the pencillin as resistant even if it shows sensitivity
E.coli ESBL= Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamse which mean it confers resistance for cephlosporines first and second generation
