يعني ال bnorma الي بيخص ال GRANULES +LYPHOCUTES .....

أختي سؤالك غير واضح .. انتي تقصدي النتائج الابنورمال ولا الاشكال الابنورمال ولا ايش بالضبط
وتتكلمي عن الانواع كلها ولا عن النوعين هذه فقط
حددي جوابك لأنه سؤالك عام جدا جدا جدتعليق

اقصد الابنورمال من ناحية الشكل والنتايج بالنسبة لل WBCS يعني مثلا ال LYMPHOCYTE لمه بتعلى بتكون الحالة اسمها Lymphocytosis ولمه تقل lymphopenia حالات ال increase abnormal عارفاها بس بالنسبه لحالات ال decrease abnormal of WBCS هي دي الي عايزة اعرفها والابنورمال يشمل الشكل والنتايج والاسباب ..

فهمت من سؤالك انك عاوزة تعرفي لو جالك CBC فيها abnormal WBCs
تفكري في الحالة إزاي
كل الاسباب موجوده في الكتب بس طريقة التفكير السريعه والسهله للحياه العمليه حاجة تانيه وهحاول اقول لك طريقتي
لازم تعرفي ايه أول حاجات لازم تشوفيها في صورة الدم
1.Hb
2.WBCs count
3.Plt count
وعلي حسب التلاته أبدأ أفكر
والموضوع عاوز قعده بس هحاول أختصر
لقيتي WBCs عاليه(لازم كوني عارفه نورمال كل سن)وبقيت صورة الدم نورمال
يبقي لازم تقسمي mild ,moderate or sever

dear brother what we have mentioned the common causes
if u are in the lab u are just going to report if it was leukopinea or leukocytosis
if u were inquered for blood picture u are going to notifey diffrentioal WBC ant any WBC abnormalities shift to lift or abnormal WBC shapes like toxic granulationes and DOHIL bodies
this our limitation in the lab
the phiysicion is the one who accumpined this results with the clinical remarks
and all cases of leukocytosis or leukopenia are secondry to main disorders
i am amedical practitioner and not a book reader
and DR.ashraf is hematology lecturer who has no need for further identifecation
