= reduced crand caudal height of L1 vetebral body with posterior bulges showing abnormal bone marrow signal intensity displaying low signal intensity on tiwi & intermediate on t2 wi with heterogeneous post contrast enhancement and restricted diffusion at dwi and ADC ……. Neoplastic lesion is suggested
( plasmacytoma should be excluded )
= normal examined disc spaces with no evidence of disc bulge or herniation
= preserved normal high signal intensity of the examined disk substances T2WLS.
=loss of normal lumbar lord osis
= no pre or Para vertebral abnormal soft tissue signal .
=normal signal intensity of the bone marrow of the examined vertebrae.
