          almost all strains are resistant to ampicillin
          resistance pattern for cephalosporines are very variable
          & its really varying if the strain is ESBL positive or negative
          so it will be easier to divid Klebsiella to positive ESBL & negative ESBL
          positive ESBL
          R for cephalosporines
          S for cefoxitin
          R for ampicillin
          R for augmentin
          variable for tazocin
          senstive for carpebenems
          usually sensitive for aminoglycosides
          S for colistin & tigycycline

          negative ESBL Klebsilla
          R for ampicilin
          S fro aminoglycosides
          variablr for cephalsporines
          usally sensitve for 3rd & 4th generation of cephalosprines
          S for aminoglycosides
          S for carbapenems

                يعطيييييييك الف عاااافيه ع الرد بس انا مطلوب لي بحث تخرج بهذا الموضوع وحاب قدر ما ااقدر اجمع معلومات والحين بادي بالمقدمه وناقصني شويت معلومات
