عندي أسئلة بخصوص الquality
كل ماسألنا أحد او دورنا في موقع يعطيني معلومات بس بدون المصدر..

أتمنى اللي عنده معلومات تخص
Accepting new control for Hematology and coagulation.
Because some are mentioning run the new lot # Qc parallel with the old Lot # for 10 runs.
and some are saying no need to compare lot to lot in QC only run for 20 runs then adjust your mean

The others are saying no need to compare lot to Lot in QC
only do reproducibility (10 runs) as patient samples.
Accepting new reagent for Hematology and coagulation.

according to CAP the CV and SD should be monitored on a monthly basis, the questions are:A)

What are the CV limits for hematology parameters and what is the reference.
B)is there was variation in the CV, What is the corrective action (Please attach the references)

Also I need the acceptibility range for Carry over along with the source (reference ) Can any one help me please?
