    لدى سؤال أرجو مساعدتى
    ماهى المعلومات التى يجب ان تكون بحوزتنا حول موضوع الجودة وماهى الاسئلة التى ممكن التعرض لها فى أسئلة المقابلات للتوظيف حول هذا الموضوع
    سؤال ءاخر الفرق بين calibrator .standard .control ,وما معنى عملية calibration

    يمكن تلخيص الفرق فيما يلي.

    A standard is a simple solution of the analyte in water or saline. A calibrator is a serum sample of animal or human origin with a given concentration. Using calibrators is preferable to using standards inasmuch as calibrators are more similar to patient serum samples, considering matrix effects etc. Internal quality controls are used on a daily basis, their concentation is stated in the insert and have a somewhat wide range of acceptable results. A high and a low control are used and the results are evaluated according to the Westgard rules or with the use of Levey - Jennings plots. External quality assessment involves the analysis of unknown samples in interlaboratory surveys.

      المعايرة: ضبط الآلة (الجهاز) بناء علي مقارنته بمادة مرخصة او معروفة المرجع

      standard: is comparison with similar equipment to compare reading
      توحيد القياس: المقارنة مع آلة (جهاز) اخري نفسها لمقارنة القراءات

      الباقي ماعندي له تعريفات علميه صحيحه
