النموذج الثالث:
vaginal swab if you have tow swab first do gram stain
and second do the sub culture in the blood and MC , chocolate and subroud and incubation at 37 for 24hr the next days look for any growth in culture..the most organisms isolate is candada sp
عفواً النموذج الثاني نفس شي بتعمل لان هذا الكلتشرات work as dialy plate media
