الي اعرفه اننا لازم نستخدم CLED medium للعد
اذا اكثر من 100000 colonies
or more than 100 colonies if you use a loop its diameter is 1um
فهذا نعتبره باثوجينك
فنقدر نعمل biochemical reaction على طول من CLED واذا كنا شاكين انو هالبكتيريا تنتمي الى Enterobacteriaceae فمن الممكن ان نزرعها على MacConkey
اما لو كان العدد 100 كولوني او اقل فلا يوجد باثوجينيك باكتيريا او اي اورقانيزم ممرض
وايضا لابد مع العد على CLED
لابد من اختبار يسمى antibacterial effect
وهو ان تزرع staphylococcus aureus on muller hintone agar and culture the urine on it
if there is an zone about the staph aureus
يكون المريض اخذ antibiotic واذا نرفض هذه العينة ونطلب من المريض عينة بول اخرى بعد 3 ايام وان لا ياخذ انتيبايوتك
ونعمل هذا الاختبار ايضا مع عينة البول الجديدة ايضا
