    anaemia

    deffinition:the reduction of haemoglobin concentration of blood below normal lower limite according to the age and sex of individual
    classification: 1-morphological classification(shape(
    2-aetiological classification (cause of anaemia)
    1-morphological classification
    base on the red blood cell all indices a-MCV:76-96FL
    B-MCH:average weight of the haemoglobine in single red blood cell 27-32Pg
    C-MCHC: defined haemoglobin concentration in 100ml of red blood cell 32-39g|dl or %
    according to red cell indices the anaemia can subdivide into three group:
    1- normocytic normochromic anaemia: normal MCV,MCH,MCHC but decrease in red blood cell
    A-after acute blood loss
    B- haemolytic anaemia
    C-leukaemia
    2-microcytic hypochromic anaemia: most common:
    A- iron deffiency anaemia
    B- thalasseamia
    C- sidroblastic anaemia
    D- anaemia of chronic disease
    MCV<76,MCH<27
    3- macrocytic normochromic anaemia:
    MCV>96 most common: megaloplastic anaemia ونكمل في مرة اخرى انشاء الله

        اكمل لكم ما بدأت2-Aetiological classification:
        #A-blood loss:candivided into:
        1-acute lossf large amount of blood in short period of time cause normocytic normochromic anaemia
        2-chronic lossf small amount of blood for long period of time (haemorrhage)
        e.g:duodenal ulcer,schistosomiasis,fibroid in uterus ,stone
        cause iron defficincy anaemia
        #B-impaired red blood cell formation:
        1-defficincy of essential haematiric substance as:iron defficincy,vitamin B12 defficincy,folic acid defficincy, protein defficincy,mineral defficincy
        2-anaemia associated with chronic disorder e.g:renal failure, liver disease, infection like T.B,endocrine disorder, bone marrow failure
        #-C increas red blood cell dustraction (haemolysis) this dustraction can be divide into: 1-congenital :e.g sickle cell anaemia , thalasseamia, G6PD defficincy
        2-acquired:e.g malaria, heamolytic diseas of newborn, haemolytic transfusion reaction
