Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin .. MCH:
Amount of hemoglobin in the RBCs and it is an important for detection some of different anemic state.
Decreasing in MCH that means decrease the amount of hemoglobin in RBCs
in birth the normal range(34+/-3),3days(34+/-3),month(33+/-3),2months(30+/-3),3-6months(27+/-3)
year(27+/-2),2-6years(27+/-3),6-12years(29+/-4)pg)
Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin concentration ..MCHC:
Conc.of hemoglobinin RBCs,important for detection some of different anemic state.
Decreasing the conc. of MCHC called (Hypochromia),found in Iron deficiency anemia
the normal range in birth(330+/-30),3days(330+/-40),month(330+/-40),2months(320+/-35), 3-6months
(330+/-30),
year(340+/-20),2-6years(340+/-30),6-12years(340+/-40)g/l
Mean Cell Volume .. MCV:
Decreasing MCV,means that volume of RBCs smaller than normal volume.
This case called(Microcyte)and found this volume in;
-Iron deficiency anaemia.
-Thalassemia.
Increasing MCV,means that volume of RBCs bigger than normal volume.
This case called(Macrocyte)or(Megaloblastic anaemia),found in;
-Folate deficiency.
- B12 deficiency.
the normal range in birth(110+/-10),3days(105+/-13),month(104+/-12),2month(95+/-8),3-6months(76+/-8),year(78+/-6 2-6years(81+/-6),6-12year(86+/-9)fl), أتمنى أن تكون المعلومات كافية ووافية للجميع
