Please Dr.Moz can I ask about this case :
Female pt 38 y age , complaining of generalised bone ache , 6months ago her doctor requested for Rheumatoid factor ,was positive,was given Corticosteroides and Methotrexate .Now she seek for another orthopedist who requsted again for Rheumatoid factor ,it is negative , requsted for ACCP antibodies ,was Positive .
I know that Rheumatoid factor may be negative with treatment ,but the orthopedist do not know . He decided that my result for negative factor was wrong .....
I want to explain to him with any reference .....
Can you help me to find any reference including change of rheumatoid factor with treatment .....
