These conditions don't affect the validity of serum for immunologic tests but they have an impact on most butnot all biochemical investigations, so I think bacause the prinicple of immunologic tests depends on Ab-Ag reaction.

dear Dr. nizar
as you said immunological tests depend mainly on Ab-Ag reaction but these factors effect the titr
also serum protein electrophoresis couldn't be done for hemolized samples

thanks to all
Dear Mr. Hide
For protein electrophoresis hemolyzed samples must not be used because an additional band may be observed which leads to misdiagnosis but for Ab titration hemolyzed samples are serum or plasma samples contain hemoglobin released from the destructed red cells so how such Hb can recat with Ag or Ab to form agglutination or pricipitation but this can occur only in presence of hapten that's any subsatnce stimulates the immune response, if you have any documented issue regarding ur comment please inform me.
thanks
