Normal Saline
IgG and IgM
B Lympohcytes

i would like to say that the Toxoplasma IgM mean recent infection and the IgG mean previous infection but the the problem that you donnt depend only in single blood test for the IgM if it done alone you need to re-test asgain after one week at least and to do the IgG test with it if still positive and I gG is negative you need to talk treatment but if both are positive you need to repeat the IgG only after 2 weeks if the new reading is more than double the old one that mean you need to take treatment but if not forget the whole story you are free and that goes also for HSV the non type specific ( look at my share about new test for HSV ) and the CMV ....i hope that help
