the prostaic acid phosphatase is not used for the primary diagnosis of prostate cancer but the high results with the presence of suspecious prostate cancer from the PSA results with rectal digital examination, Ultrasound and biopsy means that there is a great chance that prostatic cancer is progreesive and there is metastasis ( especially in the bone), so ACP help in detecting the progress in prostate cancer not to diagnose prostate cancer .
