the problem with tORCH test that it's not conclusive both the IgM and IgG tests should be done except for Rubella IgM which is not recommended except if the IgG test result was negative which is very rare also the HSV IgG and IgM are not recommended ( please check my powerpoint or my news letter about type specific HSV testing) if the results of Toxo or CMV igM is postive they should be repeated to confirm as any IgM results two separate samples must be done to confirm the positivity the same for the equivocal results the Igm result should be al least double the positive cuttoff to say its really positive also if the IgM result is negative and the IgG result is positive the IgG should be repeated after two weeks to look for 2-3 times increase in the result from the porevious sample ( which is very rare to occure) last thing all the repeated samples should be done together in the same run ( the old and the new ) to see the difference and to be done ibn the same situation i hope i make it easy now amd im ready to any question

أشكركم الصراحة على هالردود القصيرة اللي تحمل على الرغم من بساطتها معلومات أفادتني كشكل عام عن الفحص لأني الصراحة أتعب من الردود الطويلة :sm195:

دكتور لو سمحت انا كنت حامل في شهرين وحدث اجهاض اتوقف نمو الجنين و كان ضغطي عالي وبعد التنظيف وده كان من شهرين حللت دم لقيت عندي حصبة الماني نسبتها igg 12.5 والدكتور قالي لازم تنزل الي 5 عشان لى يوءثر على الحمل التالي انشاء الله حللي بعد شهر تاني حللت ولقيت النسبة زادت واصبحت 18.8 وخايفة احلل تاني بعد يومين الاقيها زادت والدكتور قالي ليس لها علاج بماذا تنصحني ولك جزيل الشكر
