هو اختبار للتمييز مجموعة الستريبت القروبات البيتا هيموليتك
الهدف منه التمييز بالبكتيريا الكرويه السبحيه المحلله للدم
وهذي صوره له

CAMP TEST
This test differentiates between Groups A and B Streptococcus. Use a Blood agar plate, and streak a known sample of Staph aureus in the lower 1/3 of the plate. Then make a perpendicular streak of the suspected Group B that almost touches the previous streak. Incubate. Staph aureus is strongly beta hemolytic because it has hemolysins. Streptococcus is weakly beta hemolytic from an exotoxin called streptolysin. When these two hemolysins come in comtact with each other, they enhance each other’s beta hemolysis, and the clearing forms an arrow. This is a positive CAMP test.
The CAMP test is widely used for the presumptive
identification of Streptococcus agalactiae
(Lancefield group B), which has emerged in
the last decade as an important cause of neonatal
infections (15). The reaction on which the test
depends consists of the lysis, by the CAMP
factor of group B streptococci, of sheep erythrocytes
(RBC) previously exposed to staphylococcal
beta-lysin. A nutrient sheep blood agar
plate is employed in the CAMP test as usually
performed (2, 9, 10). A beta-lysin-producing
Staphylococcus aureus strain is streaked diametrically
across the plate, and then the streptococcus
to be tested is inoculated at right angles
to, but not touching, the staphylococcal inoculum,
and the plate is incubated overnight at
37°C. The production of CAMP factor is manifested
by a zone of glassy-clear hemolysis in the
darkened area of blood agar adjacent to the
beta-lysin-producing staphylococcus
Rapid tube CAMP test. The rapid tube CAMP
test is performed by exposing sheep RBC suspended
in a fluid medium first to staphylococcal beta-lysin

المطلوبات للاختبار
1-S.aureus
2-C-ve (enterococcus spp)o
3-C+ve(steptococcus group B)1
3-TEST organism
تزرعه في أجار الدم
بكرة تشوف النتيجة
تحصل أن test organism عمل شكل سهم مع S.aureus عذا إذا كانت النتيجة موجبة

اللي يسأل عن camp test
هادا فحص بسيط جدا للكشف عن نوع من انواعBeta-hemolytic strep اسمه agalactea والللي تصنيفه group-B
نستخدم فيه نوع من الstap.aureus بشكل افقي عدد من الخطوط المتوازيه والعينه الغير معروفه المراد فحصها بشكل افقي بحيث يتلاقا الخطين ... في منطقه التقاطه سوف نشاهد شكل سهم عالميديا لان صارلها hemolysis وهنا يكون الفحص ايجابي للstept.agalactea Group-Bتعليق
