Hey guys!
I am doing cell migration assays using cell culture inserts.
Could you please suggest me a method to count the number of cells migrated onto the other side of the insert after staining it with crystal violet. I am finding it difficult to count the number as I am afraid that I will be counting the cells belonging to the already counted frame when seen under the inverted microscope.
Any advice would be of great help.
