- 2 Ags Le a & Le b these Ags are produced from tissue cells and secreted into plasma then adsorped to RBCs surface.
- Inherited in dominant fashion.
- All newborns are Le a negative Leb negative.
Le Abs: 1) naturally occuring Ab of IgM type but not reactive at body temprature.تعليق

these naturally occuring abs don't cause HDN since it can't cross the placenta and newborn are negative for the Ags
2) Immune Abs: when it's form it might cause post-transfusion reactions
