maturation time is the time required for reticulocyte to become fully mature RBC, means as the HCT decreases this means that there is load on the bone marrow to release immature reticulocyte because normall retics need 3 to 4 days to become mature, and released to the blood normally when it needs only one day to become mature RBC. But under stress and as a result of erythropoietic release (Epo) the retics will be released prematurly from the BM, so as HCT decreases (means worsening the anemia) the maturation time required for the retic to become mature takes more time.
So when HCT is normal (and considered her as 45%) the maturation time is 1 day, while when HCT becomes 35 the maturation time for a retic will become 1.5 days, with HCT 25 the maturation time is 2 days, and when the HCT=15 the maturation time is 2.5 days.

بالنسبة لDilution فانه 2:80 فيصبح 1:40
I can use any diltion Mr. Hematologist, especially when you have leukocytosis we will increase the diltuion. Then you will apply your equation:

Total WBC count = NxDilution factorXDepth factor/Area

TWBC=126x10x40/6
