major virulance factors is enterotoxns

this enterotoxin consist of 5 subunit,this units binds to mucosal receptors and allow for release of single A subunits into cells

The A subunits activate Adenyl cyclase, resulting in the hypersecretion of water,sodium,pottasium,chloride,and bicarbonate into the intestinal lumen

That make sense but not all E coli are pathogenic most of them are normal flora and only few that causes disease , but any way nice try every one we hope to see more interesting cases

انه:
v.paraheamolitcus = (+) for ornithine decarboxylase
but V.fulnificus = variable for ornithine decarboxylase
