for example : liver function , kidney function and total blood protein .
it includes 14 different tests :-

2- calcium
# proteins :-
3- albumin
4- total protein
# electrolytes :-
5- sodium
6- Potassium
7- Co2 ( carbon dioxide , bicarbonate )
8- chloride
# liver tests
9- ALP ( alkaline phosphatase )
10- ALT ( alanine aminotransferase )
11- AST ( aspartate aminotransferase )

note :- the level of ALT increase more strongly in hepatocellular diseases but ALP in hepatobiliary disease .also ALT and AST will have the same pattern of descending or ascending .
# kidney tests
13- BUN ( blood urea nitrogen )
14- creatinine
note :- creatinine is the best marker for renal diseases because it gets complete filtration at the kidney nephrons without either reabsorbtion nor secretion at the tubular cells .
