ما أعرف اذا كنتِ تبغي تعرفي Antihuman globulin يعني ايش !
وإلا قصدك الـ Coombs test كله !.

The antiglobulin test is used for detecting incomplete (Rh ) antibodies which capable of causing sensitizing red cells and incapable of causing agglutination for the same cells which suspended in saline as opposite of complete IgM antibodies which makes the agglutination of red cell in saline .
Antihuman globulin is produced in rabbits after injecting them with serum which contain IgM antibodies that coated the red cells .
The anti human globulin reagent helps to produce clear visible reaction when the sensitization reaction is happened .
There are two types of antiglobulin
1- Direct comb's test
2- Indirect comb's test

positive control : O Rh positive sensitized cells
negative control : O Rh positive unsensitized cells

Direct coomb's test or Direct antiglobulin test " DCT , DAT
Indirect coomb's test or Indirect antiglobulin test " ICT , IAT

هناك نوعان من (antihuman globulin(Coombs' test, antiglobulin test or AGT
direct Coombs test /يستخدم لمعرفة الاجسام المضاده المرتبطه على RBCs in vivo (يعني داخل الجسم)
indirect Coombs test /يستخدم لمعرفة الاجسام المضاده الغير مرتبطه في سيرم المريض ضد RBCs in vitro (يعني في المعمل بعد اضافة RBCs معروفة الانتجن)
