    السؤال هو
    من انواع سرطان الدم طبعاً cml هذا النوع من السرطان دائماً يصاحبه نوع اخر من فقر الدم
    ايش هذا النوع وايش علاقة هذا النوع من سرطان الدم في تطوره في المريض المصاب ؟ ياله شباب منتظر اجاباتكم .

          NORMOCYTIC NORMCHROMIC ANEMIA
          this anemia is due to replacment of RBC population by malignant myeloied series
          this is called secodnry anemia due to bone marrow a plasia
          but my sister its not a plastic anemia because a plastic anemia is not connected with leukemia its associated with pancytopenia and its a primary case in which the three cell linage is low

            ما عنديش فكرة عن الانيميا يمكن sickle cell
            بالعادة يكون عندهم thrombocytopenia

              if DR osamah said CLL there may be development to auto immuno hymolyti anemia due to the malignant B-lymphocytes
              but in CML there is no spacific type pf anemia as i remember its just secondry to malignancies and its normocytic normochromic
              in most cases
              i dont know if there is a spacific name we hope tp know it from bro usamah
              to increase our knowledge and thank u a lot respective doctor

                  Aplastic anemia is characterized by aplasia in all BM elements, which means you will find the marrow almost empty of cells.
                  but in cases of leukemia the patient will die because of BM failure because there is no enough cells produced in meaning no RBC, no WBC, no platelets, but the marrow is populated with leukemic cells.
                  I am with Hitham when he said there is no specific anemia associated with cases of CML. If the anemia is developed it will be usually a secondary anemia which is usually a normochromic normocytic type.
