    i need a complete interpretation for these folowing results
    TSH=High ,FT3 and FT4=Low
    TSH=Low ,FT3 and FT4=High
    TSH=Normal ,FT3=High ,FT4=Normal
    TSH=Low , FT3 and FT4=Normal
    TSH=Normal, FT3 and FT4=Low
    TSH=Low, FT3 and FT4=Low
    TSH=High, FT3 and FT4=Normal

    here we can interpret the results as a typical


    however , here is the interpretation:

    TSH=High ,FT3 and FT4=Low
    Primary Hypothyroidism

    TSH=Low ,FT3 and FT4=High
    Primary Hyperthyroidism

    TSH=Normal ,FT3=High ,FT4=Normal
    T3 Thyrotoxicosis

    TSH=Low , FT3 and FT4=Normal
    Primary Subclinical Hyperthyroidism

    TSH=Normal, FT3 and FT4
    =Primary Subclinical HypothyroidismLow


    TSH=Low, FT3 and FT4=Low
    Secondary Hypothyroidism

    TSH=High, FT3 and FT4=Normal
    Primary Subclinical Hypothyroidism

      thank you ,,, but i would like from you to make sure about the one which says

      TSH=Low , FT3 and FT4=Normal ,,,,, the question now is why did you said that its primary subclinical hyperthyroidism when in fact FT3 and FT4 are normal ?

        You may want to know that, if we got a normal F4 and F3 so why do we call it (Hyperthyroidism).
        Well, this terminology itself is unsatisfactory as make confusing for us but this is something cannot be avoid as it well-known for all doctors and health professionals as well.
        Now back to your question, I could give two reasons for that (Low TSH, Normal F4 and F3)
        We call it subclinical hyperthyroidism for two reasons
        Firstly, logically if TSH low then F4 should follow this too (should be low instead of normal or high)
        Secondly, to distinguish between subclinical hypothyroidism or subclinical hyperthyroidism.

        I want just to point out to the subclinical cases ,it is not easy to diagnosis but if we are gathering a combination of clinical and biochemical data then that should lead us to the true diagnosis.
