blood clot for many reasons 1 - change in the surface of the blood vessels as happens in wounds also change in the velocity of blood streem inside the blood vessels, these 2 reasons cause intrensic coagulation insid the blood vessels, this initiate a casscade of reactions between the coagulation factors- as said by our friend la fod fok - in asimple way , so blood after death is coagulated due to stagnation and stoop of blood streem as said our friends here , and allah alam , thank u ,
