First see few lectures on gram positive rods below.
One may suggest it is a spore forming rod giving the cell shape which include a terminal spore. That is, clostridium or bacillus. The biochemical characteristic will determine more specifically its genera, since clostridium are obligate anaerobes!!
But it can also be a corynebacterium. Grow it on Tellurite containing media and loeffler's, do an Elek Test, and stain with aniline dye such as toluidine blue O or methylene blue and look for typical morphology which include beaded rod appearance (metachromatic granules).
Nonetheless, the Gram staining you preformed looks pinker then purple! pointing it is a gram-negative bacterium. But knowing that both bacilli and clostridia can stain "gram variable" keeps the possibility it is a gram positive bacteria. Also old cultures of any gram +ve can appear -ve .
I am sure that this is an old culture you stained,.
Thus, you must repeat the sampling and culturing and use a fresh sample for identification.
Clostridia
Bacillus
Corynebacteria and Listeria
