A few days ago and I recieved a sample of a patient complains of joint pain. Was urgent Sample. Among the tests required screening sickling test .. but when I make an analysis CBC. The Results were not indicate that the person has anemia and when I make a screening sickling test. The test result is positive ..I re-examination again, but the same result appeared to me .. with the knowledge controls it works properly .. and when we conducted HPLC and we found that patient has no sickle cell anemia
