فى البدايه انا سنى 29 سنه مصاب من فتره بالتهابات فى المعده والاثنى عشر والمرئ ولله الحمد على كل حال وتحولت لمزمنه بسبب التشخيص الخاطئ وعملت تحليل نسيجى للثلاثه الاثنى عشر والمعده والمرئ وهذا نتيجته
gross pathology
two specimens were received designated as :
1) heperemic gastric and duodenal mucosa:greyish white tissue fragments collective size 0.4*0.4 cm
2) distal end oesophagus : greyish white tissue fragments of collective size 0.2*0.2 cm both were totally submitted.
histolgy
sections of the gastric and duodenal mucosa showed chronic non-specific inflammatory cells infiltrate the villi suffer atrophic changes with hyperplastic features of the brunner's glands.
sections of the oesophageal biopsy showed keratosis with cardiac mucosal fragments exhibiting chronic non-specific inflammatory cell infiltrate of the lamina propria.
diagnosis
1) chronic active gastritis and duodenitis with second degree villous atrophy and brunner's gland hyperplasia.
2) oesophageal keratosis and chronic active carditis.
