    السلام عليكم
    عندما قمت بعمل تحليل جينات Cytogenetic بإستخدام G - Technique كان التقرير كالتالى
    46,X(Yq-)
    أى نقص الذراع الطويل للصبغى Y
    and there is no evidence of mosaicism
    أريد أن أعرف المزيد وهل هذه حالة عقم نهلئيه أى لا يوجد فرصة إنجاب وهل هناك حلول وكيف يمكن التعايش بهذه الحاله وهل يمكن الزواج وممارسة حياه زوجيه عاديه.
    وشكراُ على إهتمامكم وجزاكم الله خيراُُ.

    اخي الفاظل طريقة كتابة نتيجة التحليل خاطئة
    من فظلك أعد كتابة التحليل بالطريق الصحيحة

      Examination of the peripheral blood lymphocyte cultures for chromosomal complement.
      Banding of the ghromosomes by the G technique revealed that the long arm of the Y chromosome is missing a considerable part of the heterochromatic region. there is no evidence of mosaicism.
      Comment :
      the patient revealed metaphase figures which have the abnormal chromosomal complement of 46, X(Yq-) .
