when we have a brown colour in negative control which doesn.t have the any primary antibody & it is mouse to mouse stained which means ssea1 primary antibody (paraformaldehyde fixed for frozen from mouse from abcam.company on mouse placental tissue which is a positive control by using novocastra perioxase detection system for formalin fixed for paraffin in your opinion, what kind of problem is causing this brown color or false positive of negative control
