[Cutaneous mycosis:Tinea capitis
Causal agent: Trichophyton vialaieum(human`s source)
T.mentagrophytes (zoophilic or Anthropophilic)
T.rubrum (human`s source ,too)
The first one is widespread in middle east (T.vialaieum)
Anther genus can cause this infection is :
Microsporon canis(zoophilic and geophilic)
M.gypseum(mode of transmission from person to anther)
M.audouni(zoophilic)
Epidemiology:
Worm clime ,mioture and heat
Population: 80% in childe and in boys more than girls
Because in childe`s skin not exsit the sweat glands ,glands exceretes the fatty acids to attack the fungi and bacteria(Antifungal or anti bacteria)
Condition :
Poor hygien and malnutrition
Kind of capitis:
Gray pach and black pach
Gray pach is ectothrix and caused by Microsporon
But Black pach is endothrix and caused by Trichsporon
Note:
Mainly of Tricosporon make the endothrix infection but afew of it make anther kind of infection and that unlike with Microsporon
Site of infection: head `s skin and disease expands to all hair
Disease: Baldness
