i don''t think my dear manal that you have fatty liver or you have fatty liver alone you need to do ultrasound for the liver just to check if there is any gall bladder stones i prefer a hepatologist to see you, don't worry

about what dr abbsa said rgat the SGPT will be more than 1000 this can only seen in Hepatits A but in Hepatitis B and C very rare to be that high
