أنا شايف إن تحليل ال hb electrophoresis أكثر دقة و أسهل تقنيا ... و إن كنت بصراحة ما عرفش الفروق المادية من حيث التكلفة بينه و بين prepheral blood film فلو ممكن تفيدينا في الموضوع ده .. ؟

Both are important as sickling test( sloubility test is much easier and saving time and shows less errors than the old sicling test by petri dish to examine the film for sickling) can't differentiate between sickle cell trait from the sickle cell disease also the Hb electrophoresis can't differentiate between the HbS which is the most common from HbD or HbG( very very rare) which is rare but take the same site of HbS

Haemoglobin D
o Homozygous form demonstrates 95% HbD with the same electrophoretic mobility as HbS however HbD is non-sickling and soluble
o Use of citrate agar allows separation of HbS and HbD
o HbS/D is a mild SS anaemia due to aggregation of deoxyHb
o Elevated risk from inhabitants of India, Pakistan and the Middle East

HbA, HbS( less than 50 %) and HbA2.

Haemoglobin electrophoresis suggest the presence of SICKLE CELL TRAIT( sickling test is positive

HbS, with or without HbF and HbA2

 Haemoglobin electrophoresis suggest the presence of SICKLE CELL DISEASE( sickling test is positive)

Aband at the position of HbS with sickling test negative

 Haemoglobin electrophoresis shows abnormal band at the position of Hbs with sickling test negative suggesting the presense of HbD or HbG,agar gel EP recommended.

اعتقد ان الفحص بالنسبة للخلايا المنجليه بطريقة TUBESاحسن واسرع طريقة
بحيث نضع 20 ميكرون من الدم الى 2مل من المحلول ثم نلاحظ التعكير بعد 5 دقائق
اذا كانت العينة معكرة معناه النتيجه POSITIVE واذا المحلول صافي النتيجة NEGATIVE
بس هذه الطريقة ليست معتمدة في بعض المختبرات لكثرة النتائج السلبيه فيها
واحسن طريقة هي الفحص بعد 24 ساعة تحت المجهر,,,,,,,

الطريقه الي عرضتها يا كبير الفنيين هي الطريقه المستخدمه بكثره ورخيصه ونسبة نجحها 90% اذا كان المحلول من شركه ممتازه والجوء لل hb.electrophorsisفي حالة معرفة نسبة الهمغلوبين s يعني نسبة السكلسل

وانا اتدرب بمستشفى حكومي ونعمل هذي الطريقه 20 ميكرون مع 2 مل من المحلول الخ..........
