Blastomyces dermatidis , teleomorph is (Ajellomyces dermatidis)
This kind of disease is American disease(means it appearance in America)
Populations:
Race: black skin and Asian persons
Sex: man more than women
Age:Adults
Some cases of this disease come out in dogs and transmission by it to human (Zoonosis)
In addition , this disease infectants the healthy body and compromised , the symptoms look like the T.B.
The causal agent forms two phases (thermaldimorphic)
Tissue phase and yeast phase the last one is the specialized phase of this genus because it has Broad septum of Bud_fission but the tissue phase to be similar to many ather fungi >>>>>>>>>more information in :

Treatment:AmphotricinB & 5_flurocytocin
The 1st target is lungs but the 2nd target is Skin(swelling in it)
Diagnosis of the skin infection (Skin _test) with Antigen Blastomycin by spore suspention,it injects in skin(Senstive and redness is ve+)
We can use the serology test for that (it`s easily test and fast result).
