how can you make akaryotype
lets work with wight blood cells . first i will take a blood samble then i will separate blood from serum by centerifugation after that i will take my wight blood cells and but them in aculture in vitro then i will stimulate them to divide then i will disable the spindle so iam having cells with clear chromosom after that i will put my cells in a hypotonic solution to swell cells .then i will squashcells on slide .fix and stain them . i will starte examin chromosoms . then these chromosoms will photographed and then each of the chromosome images is cut out of the picture ,matched with its partner and arrangedfrom largest to smallest on achart , this chart of chromosome cutouts is called karyotype
