Hemophilia A ahereditary disease characterized byashortag clotting factor VIII,without the clooting factor blood fails to clot normally,and ahemophiliac can bleed to death from aminor injury.Tay-sachs disease results from alack of the enzyme hexosaminidase A,which normally breaks down afatty substance called ganglioside GM2 inside nerve cells.accumulation ganglioside GM2 in brain cells cause blindness,seizures,the breakdown of sensory and motor function,and eventually death.......Which of these diseases do you think would be easiest to treat with future gene therapy?why?Describe how this might be done.?
