اريد حلا لهذه الحالة من د.اشرف

مريض يعاني من انيميا وكانت معطياته :RDW/14?,MCV/120,ولكن عندما قمنا بعمل BLOOD FILM كان هناك Anisocytosisما اريد معرفته هو ما علاقة RDWمع MCVولكم جزيل الشكر؟؟؟

34-B على ما اعتق هذه الخلايا كلما صغر قطرها بقصد حجمها يزيد تركيز محتواها
