I think that this condition is :Sickle Cell Anaemia BECAUSE HB.very low=6.5 ;MCV normal and it contain NRBC and Sickle cell.
This type of anaemia is normocytic normochromic and has Missense mutation.
وعلى أساس هذا التفسير كانت الاجابة.

It is correct that sickle cell anemia is due an amino acid substituation, but originally the defect is a missense mutation at the DNA level.
