والجواب لماذا نضيف الهيباريناز هو أن المعالجة بالهيبارين تؤدي إلى تطاول زمن الترومبين مما يؤثر على نتيجة الاختبار الذي هو يجرى أصلا من أجل لمعرفة وضع الفيبرينوجين وهل يوجد أشكال شاذة منه في المصورة أم توجد مضادات خثرية جوالة ضده..

The characteristics of the PT reagent are:
1- Insensitive to heparin, so heparinase will rule out heparin
2- Sensitive to Factor VII deficiency
3- High TAT Turn Around Time
4- Supplied with ISI
Why insensitive to heparin because Warafrin needs 70 hours to act some patients we start with them heparin in addition to warafrin, when we reach the desired INR we will stop heparin , we do not want heparin to interfere with the INR,من طلب العلا سهر اللياليتعليق
